Expressions of Thanksgiving and Appreciation

THANKS… a simple word that carries so much weight.
It’s an expression of gratitude.
It demonstrates respect.
It shows appreciation.

As Americans place special emphasis on giving thanks in November, The Tide® ministry wants to express our heartfelt gratitude, appreciation, and respect to a multitude of people, including:

• Those who support the ministry through donations and prayers
• Pastors and congregations who partner with us
• Ambassadors and Volunteers
• Listeners around the world
• Our “boots on the ground”
• Event participants
• Sponsors

And truly, the list could go on and on.

Messages of Thanks and Encouragement

During Pastor Appreciation Month, our “boots on the ground” pastors received encouraging notes sent by supporters. Here are some of the messages forwarded to them:

Thank you for the work you do in spreading the gospel. May God bless you richly for what you do. “Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving; make music to our God on the harp.”  Psalm 147:7

May the Lord protect you and give you peace as you serve him in difficult times. Satan likes to create fear, so call on Jesus for protection and peace.

Ambassador & Volunteer Appreciation Brunch

Earlier this month, The Tide staff hosted an Ambassador & Volunteer Appreciation Brunch to honor those who advocate for the ministry in their churches, as well as those who give their time to help with mailings, events, and projects throughout the year.

More than 50 guests attended the brunch, which began with a short devotional and prayer, followed by a delicious meal and time for fellowship. Staff members shared how God expanded and used the ministry over the past year, then looked ahead to plans for 2026, including the celebration of the ministry’s 80th Anniversary.
