Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us (Hebrews 12:1).
Our annual Race to Share the Gospel is one week away! Things will kick off with our Family Fun Day on Saturday, May 17 at Norco Park in Fayetteville, PA, followed by a two-week Virtual Challenge. Register here.
The 2025 Race will benefit our ministry in Cameroon. Things have been quite busy there! Our team has started a new broadcast with ministry leaders in western Cameroon, in a part of the country where fetish practices and idolatry are prevalent. One tradition is the digging up of the skulls of loved ones who have been buried and carrying out fetish practices with the hope of obtaining blessings.
As listeners encounter their creator and Savior, we pray that they will place their hope in Him and cast away these chains which keep so many in bondage.
In the northern region where Islam is predominant, we have seen over 30 people this year profess faith in Jesus, and 21 people who have indicated that they want to be baptized. We are grateful for the tireless efforts of ministry team sowing these seeds and calling listeners. Four people this year have even asked for the address of a local church to worship God!
In the southern region, which has a much larger Christian presence, the numbers are significantly higher. In one single recent outreach event, ten persons gave their life to Christ. Eight churches have been planted so far in 2025.
Douala is the largest city of Cameroon and the country’s economic hub. This vibrant city is where our ministry team is headquartered. If you are not able to take part in the Family Fun Day next Saturday, please consider participating in our Virtual Challenge, which will take you on a virtual Prayer Walk (or Run!) through the streets of Douala.
Interceding for specific geographic locations has consistently been a precursor to revival and movements to Christ around the world. Help fuel the fire this year and run for Cameroon!
