Christian Volunteers in Thailand Work to Share the Gospel

Christianity in Thailand is growing! A country that reports less than 2% of believers, Thailand has a dense Buddhist population where many have never heard the Gospel before. Thanks to the work of invaluable donors and volunteers we are able to continue our important work across Thailand.

The Gospel is changing the hearts of many in Thailand, and we cannot thank the many volunteers and donors enough who put their efforts together to make it happen. This work would not be possible without the dedication of those who are on fire for the Gospel. Often, those who come to know the Lord through our broadcasts are the ones who know how valuable it can be, so they volunteer their own time and talents to help share the Good News with others!

Several listeners were so inspired by the message heard on our radio broadcasts that they started two house churches that are gaining traction in their local communities. One man, a tuk-tuk driver who heard the Gospel through the radio broadcasts, volunteered to advertise the programs on his tuk-tuk with flyers. Another group of volunteers — including a high school senior, a university student, and a young father of five — spent time learning how to edit and produce the broadcasts themselves in order to help get the Gospel into their communities. Even more people are working to print the information about the broadcasts on shirts to spark conversations.

There may not be large numbers of people coming to Christ right now, but the ones who are coming to Christ have the potential to influence large numbers of people in the future.

We love to see how new believers take their faith and really make it their own, and the response of the listeners in Thailand is incredibly encouraging. We pray that these volunteers continue to share the Good News with those in their communities!
