Kick Off Event for the 3rd Annual Race to Share the Gospel Around the World

Join us for our annual kickoff event, including our inaugural 5K Run/Walk and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk!

In-person Events – Norlo Park (Pavillion #2) Fayetteville, PA 

Join The Tide on Saturday, April 27th for this year’s Kickoff Event which includes two in-person races, family friendly activities, and a free lunch. Reservations are requested by either signing up for one of the races or by RSVP below, or with The Tide office at 717-264-7288 or race@thetide.org.

8:00-9:00 – Race Packet Pickup (or at The Tide office 9-4 on Friday, April 26th)

9:00-1:00 – Games and Family-Fun Activities Open

9:30 – *1-Mile Fun Run/Walk – Come run or walk the course with one of our Albanian Pastors!

10:00 – *5K Run/Walk

11:15/30 – FREE Lunch

*Virtual Events – April 27th – May 12th

– 16-Day Challenge – Run, Walk/Hike, or Swim a virtual racecourse in a city in Albania, unlocking prayer suggestions for real locations at each mile.

– Ride for The Tide – Bicycle Ride along a virtual racecourse in a city in Albania, unlocking prayer suggestions for real locations at each mile. (first 13 miles)

– Cheerleader – This event is for those who would like to participate but prefer to be our Prayer Warriors rather than completing the physical challenge. As you check in each day, you will unlock prayer suggestions along the virtual course to pray for real locations along the race path.

Participants who register for one in-person race may also register for the second in-person race, plus one of the virtual challenge events for one entry fee of $35.
