2nd Annual Race to Share the Gospel Around the World Virtual Challenge

Registration is now open!

Join The Tide® ministry in once again taking God’s Word to unreached locations through your participation in the Race to Share the Gospel Around the World virtual challenge.

This year’s event will benefit the expansion of new languages for our Middle East children’s program. It is designed for families, friends, and groups of any size to participate in making an eternal impact in the lives of millions around the world.

Participants will virtually navigate through the streets of a city in Yemen and pray for those who haven’t yet heard the Good News of Christ. As they race around this very closed and dangerous place to share the Gospel, they will encounter milestone markers along the way with specific prayer suggestions, allowing there to be a Kingdom presence among lost souls in this faraway country. It is critical that we entreat God to help us extend our media outreach into Yemen and ask Him to open the hearts of people in this region of the world where more than 99% of the country is not Christian.

This virtual event invites participants to run, walk, bike, hike, or even swim 13 miles between April 29th and May 14th to raise funds and bring awareness to the work we are doing to tell people in the Middle East the truth about Jesus.

This may sound like a lot . . . BUT WAIT! Life doesn’t come easy for many in the Middle East, so we invite you to accept this challenge that may not come easy to you.

No matter your location, whether Chambersburg, PA, North America, or somewhere around the world, you can make a difference from right where you are!

Attention Youth Pastors!

If you are looking for a way to introduce your students to the world beyond your church building and help them understand the importance of missions, or perhaps give them an opportunity to practice what you have already taught them, then we invite your student group to partner with us!

This year’s Race will benefit our new Pashto language children’s radio show in Afghanistan. This program will cost approximately $13,000 for an entire year of production and broadcasting, which includes studio and airtime costs, the writing and recording of music, and our ‘boots on the ground’ discipleship team who follows up with listeners. Because this new program is geared toward children, we are offering an opportunity for groups of young people to sponsor the event.

Join us on Saturday, April 29th from 11:00 – 1:30 for the Race kickoff event at Norlo Park in Fayetteville, PA!
